The lake

delget The lake is a man made body of water that is located on central campus. The lake was created four decades ago by damming a valley using dirt left over from the construction of car park 1. The average depth of the lake is approximatly 300mm. The lake loses water over the dry months and therefore it periodically requires topping up with mains water to prevent it from completely drying out.
